I am looking for an ambitious junior sous-chef, able to deputise senior sous or head-chef in their absence.

The Company and Site

Beautiful award winning Restored Cotswold Manor. The hotel hosts a 3 AA Rosettes restaurant and a Michelin Star, aiming to gain more accolade, as well as a busy brasserie.

The Position

Required Experience

Chef de Partie, 3 rosette, Michelin Star, up to 19k, live in, amazing training and progression, live in.

I am currently recruiting for a chef de partie to join one of the countries leading restaurants. With 3 rosettes and a Michelin star this is the regions leading restaurant. The restaurant is part of a beautiful boutique style hotel set in it’s own fantastic gardens.

As a Chef de partie you will be responsible for running a section, preparing and creating superb dishes, training up the team of Commis chefs. You will be an integral part of the kitchen and have input in the creation of menus. You will posses previous experience at Chef de Partie or above, in a high standard environment with at least one rosette/Michelin star.

Trainee Chef / Kitchen Assistant

Dedicated person needed to join our team in a family owned country pub in rural South Shropshire. We specialize in traditional, good quality, home made food.

Your role will be to assist in all aspects of food preparation, hygiene, pot wash and to assist head chef during service and deputise on occasions. Previous experience desirable although full training will be given. References required.  Accommodation available if needed  You must read and speak English fluently.
