| 2 X Junior Sous-Chef – 3 AA Rosettes - 1 Michelin Star - £20,000 to £24,000 I am looking for an ambitious junior sous-chef, able to deputise senior sous or head-chef in their absence. The Company and Site Beautiful award winning Restored Cotswold Manor. The hotel hosts a 3 AA Rosettes restaurant and a Michelin Star, aiming to gain more accolade, as well as a busy brasserie. The Position The right candidate will have to demonstrate skill and passion to play an important role in this large kitchen brigade. It's a great chance to be part of an ambitious and highly professional kitchen brigade, hungry for more accolades. Attributes * Keen to progress * Ambitious * passionate * Reliable * Self driven Required Experience Essential: Min 3 years in a Hotel–Restaurant of similar standard, with a good understanding of fine dining and Michelin standards. Desired: 18 month Min in previous employment Salary & Benefit * Starting Salary £ 19,000 up to £ 24,000 * Live in accommodation available nearby. My client is looking for a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie Pastry to join their brigade of 19 internationally trained Michelin star chefs. The hotel has a stunning 60 cover fine dining restaurant offering classical French cuisine. As a Chef de Partie Pastry you will be working in a pastry team of 5 and be responsible for assisting the Head Pastry chef and training the commis chefs. You will be responsible for petit fours, making cakes, tarts and afternoon teas, chocolate and sugar work. The ideal candidate will come from a 3 rosettes and or Michelin background.
