Oud Sluis (English: "Old Sluis") is a restaurant in Sluis, The Netherlands on the Zeeland coast. The chef is Sergio Herman.
It is one of two restaurants in the Netherlands with three Michelin stars, the other being De Librije in Zwolle.[1]
The restaurant was voted 42nd best in the world in Restaurant (magazine) Top 50 2008 and 29th in 2009. [2]
