Prix-Fixe
The Restaurant is presently offering two prix-fixe menus: The Four-Course Summer Menu and the Eight-Course Chef's Tasting Menu with wine pairings available for each course. These are complemented by a caviar tasting menu, artisan cheeses and desserts. Please let us know if you'd prefer a vegetarian menu or vegetarian alternatives for individual courses.
Also for Spring, we are happily offering a Two-Course Fireside Menu in The Restaurant Bar Monday through Saturday featuring Spring Salad with Rhubarb, Smoked Cod and Sorrel, Citrus-Cured Spanish Mackerel with Olive Oil Ice Cream and Legume Escabeche or Slow Poached Beef Tenderloin with variations of Mustard and Onion. This is the perfect way to have a quick, light meal at the end of a busy day. $35 per person.
