Presently we are looking for a well experienced Executive Sous Chef for this new,
luxury 5 star resort in Zanzibar, Tanzania.
The property will have over 170 rooms, suits and villas.3 restaurants and a deluxe spa.
The right applicants need to have a background such as One & Only, Four Seasons, LHW,
Marriott, Oberoi, Shangri-la etc.
Solid international/Asian and opening experience with broad skills in Oriental, Indonesian, Thai and Teppanyaki cuisine are essential.
