Do you have Vegas-type hotel or resort area experience - or high volume steakhouse experience - and are you looking to sink your teeth into a new & refreshing venture? We are looking to align ourselves with Executive Chefs & Sous Chefs that have Hi Volume Hotel Restaurant experience, along with a knowledge of systems, handling the numbers & budgets…and the ability to run multiple venues.

This is a really cool search with a new high profile project – that provides great publicity and diversification. This concept has a lot to offer in that is it located in a hot spot on the east coast with high exposure to the most talented people in the world.
There are several aspects to this project: An Upscale Country Club, a Classy Upscale Steakhouse, and a very distinguished Upscale Bistro, as well as off premise catering and banquets.

WHAT QUALIFIES YOU:

Executive Chef - Multi-Venue:
The focus for this position is to find an Executive Chef that excels in the culinary world…………. knows how to attract business AND….. has a talent for creating great guest experiences. All must be demonstratable. There are 2 restaurant venues to run as well as banquet services.

Due to the exposure level, only top recognized, multi-venue, non job-hopping, degreed Culinarians will be considered. Great appeal includes the beautiful location and having 1 full month off!

Executive Chef & Sous Chef - Steakhouse:
Must Have 5+ years experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef within high volume, fine dining steakhouse experience, a proven track record of stability, and sales building experience.
This one is seasonal for Sous Chefs [April - December] - and the appeal is that housing is paid for!
