Combal.Zero is a restaurant in Rivoli, Italy near Turin. It forms a wing of the town's castle (which dates back to the 13th century. The chef is Davide Scabin.
The restaurant was voted 46th best in the world in Restaurant (magazine) Top 50 2007. A reviewer said "Combal.Zero serves creative food firmly grounded in Piemontese tradition. The kitchen sends out playful, witty, and artfully re-engineered dishes of local origin."[1]
