Chef de Cuisine - Catalan Restaurant

The much anticipated opening of this property is sometime in the middle of 2012 in Abu Dhabi.

We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine for their Catalan Restaurant; an individual that comes and currently works in one of the top Michelin star restaurants in Barcelona or the Catalan region.

Full proficiency of Spanish, ideally Catalan and English, are a must and the educational background must include professional qualifications of European standard and familiarity with HACCAP principles.

This is a great opportunity for a young, inspired Chef to make his mark on the international stage in this luxury hotel environment.
