Our Client - one of the largest Hospitality/Food & Beverage operations in the Southern Hemisphere - seeks the professional services of an authentic and experienced Asian Chef, to lead one of its newest restaurants in the position of Chef de Cuisine.
To be considered for this role, you must:
Be a fully Qualified Chef
Have the proven ability to be able to make and cook fabulous fresh noodles, and other authentic dishes quickly and professionally
Have extensive Wok work experience
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of South East Asian cuisine
Have proven experience cooking Chinese cuisine as well as other Asian cuisine, including Thai and Malaysian
With your passion for the Food and Beverage Industry and attention to detail in a fast paced environment, you will be a team player who is self motivated and focused on providing quality leadership to your team. To be able to demonstrate your management experience in a commercial kitchen environment is essential and you will have the relevant Trade qualifications, communication skills and business acumen necessary for success.
