The much anticipated opening of this property is sometime in the middle of 2012 in Abu Dhabi.

The culinary team is under the leadership of one of today’s finest Executive Chefs known for his exceptional management style, high standards and previous achievements in the industry.

We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine for their All Day Dining Restaurant to join the opening team.

The ideal candidate has experience in luxury hotels at an international level in all day dining, with European or Australian work experience and a special talent for light modern Italian Cuisine.

You are in your early 30’s, previous Middle East experiences are a plus but not essential and we encourage young creative individuals to apply for this fantastic opportunity working with one of the world’s premier hotel chains.
