The culinary team is under the leadership of one of today’s finest Executive Chefs known for his exceptional management style, high standards and previous achievements in the industry.

We are looking for a young and creative Asian Sous Chef to join their opening team.
The candidate must have previous international experience at a fine dining level and should be especially strong in Cantonese Chinese, with good knowledge in Singaporean, Malay Cuisine.

Ideally you have worked at restaurants that have been recognized for their high quality standards.

Individuals currently working in Australia with a background in a luxury hotel environment are encouraged to apply for this fantastic opportunity.

We seek someone with flair & creativity that is able to put the Asian flavour to the culinary offerings of this luxury hotel.
