A strong Sous Chef with a wealth of experience in 3 Rosettes establishments, is sort for a position within a country house hotel based in mid - Wales, part of a luxury chain of hotels.

The salary is £25,000pa added to that are the benefits of working for this luxury chain of hotels and all the career promotion and discount opportunities.

Fresh local produce doesn't get better than this , with a wealth of superb, fresh local ingredients available locally . Seafood of lobsters, crabs and shrimp landed locally. There is wild salmon in the local rivers, venison and wild game are in abundance, the pork is all organic, the bacon is all hand cut for breakfast, sausages are all made by the local butcher to the hotels own recipes.
The hotel and restaurants large kitchen garden produces plenty of herbs, asparagus, salads, soft fruit and baby veg. samphire and other wild foods, including wood sorrel and wild garlic soil .
