Entrepreneurial Chef wanted to develop a Mexican restaurant/food to go outlet in Bristol. We have a strong concept that requires a motivated and experienced chef to help grow this into a UK brand.
Initially we will be working from an existing premises, managing their menu, whilst working with a local food delivery service, so we have two markets at start up. The concept is for fresh and healthy Mexican food that is packaged 'to go' whilst still maintaining restaurant quality within the product.
The right candidate will own a share of the business but needs the work ethic and business acumen to want to see this concept expanding into multiple busy city centre locations.
All of the food is to be cooked fresh on site taking into account seasonality. So, imagination and foresight are welcomed.
