As a commis chef you will be responsible for helping prepare the high standard food, helping with the hygiene and safety of this premier kitchen. You will posses previous experience at commis chef or above, within a high standard environment, preferably with at least one rosette and/or Michelin star.

As a Chef de partie you will be responsible for running a section, preparing and creating superb dishes, training up the team of Commis chefs. You will be an integral part of the kitchen and have input in the creation of menus. You will posses previous experience at Chef de Partie or above, in a high standard environment with at least one rosette/Michelin star.
