Tre restaurant is a family owned business and we are currently looking for a head chef to innovate and run our kitchen. Our restaurant has won Italian Restaurant of the Year the last two years running so we expect the candidate to maintain the high standards it has achieved. We also need a fresh approach to try and win the award third year in a row.

The candidte must posses minimum 7 years experience with Italian food and must provide references. Good rates of pay, salary negotiable upon experience.

Chef de Partie | Newbury, Berkshire

Working as a Chef de Partie you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in all sections of the kitchen. You will be heavily involved in getting your section set up for service and managing your own ordering in discussion with the Head Chef. You will also be responsible for training and directing more junior members of the team. You should be a demi or Chef De Partie from a quality restaurant / hotel looking to further develop yourself and learn. A passion for food and a desire to work within a professional team is essential. You should be looking to commit to a new challenge and be ready to rise to the challenge.

You will be required to work 5 days out of 7, around 40hrs per week and the salary offered is dependant on age and experience. The salary will be £15800.00 - £16800.00 per annum. This position is live-out only.
