Commis Chef looking to become Chef de Partie .Capacity:  60 - 130 by day, 30 - 50 by night .
FoodType:  a la carte menu, all fresh produce, all homemade, daily changing specials, Scottish and International cuisine, cafe menu changes to restaurant format in evenings

Salary:  £12,000 - £15,000 depending on experience.

Description:  A talented and ambitious Commis Chef is required (who is looking to become a Chef de Partie) for The Harbour Cafe, 1 mile from Callander.

The Harbour Cafe has an exciting a la carte menu and specials board with Scottish and International dishes.

The cafe menu changes to restaurant format after 6pm and Head Chef Alastair Watson is aiming for AA rosettes. Alastair has a Michelin Star background and has won several awards.Candidates should be willing to learn, enthusiastic and have basic skills including basic pastry experience. Work is available for a partner front of house. The salary will be £12,000 - £15,000 depending on expereince. Accommodation is available, options to be discussed.
