Senior Chef de Partie, up to 19k, fine dining, beautiful 4 star countryside location, 2 rosette restaurant, great training and progression.

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Chef de Partie to work in a beautiful 2 rosette hotel restaurant. The position of Senior Chef de Partie will see you working in one of the countries leading luxury hotel groups alongside a renowned head chef. The restaurant is a 2 rosette, traditionally styled, fine dining experience with a regional and seasonal menu. The hotel is set in it’s own grounds and has recently undergone a multi million pound investment programme, taking the total rooms up to 70 and seeing the addition of health club and spa facilities.

You will posses previous kitchen experience at chef de partie level or above, within a quality restaurant, ideally within a rosetted location or similar standard. You will be responsible for working alongside the head chef, helping create menus and dishes of the highest standard. You will also help inspire and train the team of commis chefs. The willingness to learn new skills and work to an exceptionally high standard is essential.

As a  Senior Chef de Partie you will receive a salary of up to 14k, great bens and amazing chances of progression within one of the countries leading hotel groups.
