Chef de Partie. Our client a former, AA Hotel Group of the Year, is recruiting a Chef de Partie fore their 2AA Rosette kitchen. The hotel has a good corporate trade, leisure guests and weddings throughout the spring and summer.

Job Description

TheChef de Partie will work in all sections of the kitchen and be responsible for their own section, training junior staff and ensuring that food is prepared and presented to guidelines set by the Head Chef. Managing stock rotation and ensuring hygiene and health and safetystandards are maintained at all times.

Experience

This isa role for an experienced Chef de Partie who has NVQ Level 1& 2 orequivalent. You will have a steady work history and be able todemonstrate progression in your career. Experience of working in an allfresh food kitchen is important for this role.

Outstanding opportunity has become available at the Cuillin Hills Hotel - a traditional yet forward-looking hotel set in the beautiful Isle of Skye – and would be an ideal role for an ambitious chef de parti.

Responsibilities will involve: working closely with our award-winning Head Chef, helping to create inspirational menus that will maintain our two AA rosettes.  As a team member you will be expected to be flexible in your approach and style yet still achieving consistency of standards throughout our catering operations.  The cleaning and hygiene enforcement within the hotel’s kitchens, health and safety, stock control, and resource planning should also be paramount to your work.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a young enthusiastic brigade that mean business and deliver. This role is viewed as critical to the satisfaction and wellbeing of our guests.

Candidates should ideally have experience in a 4 star rosetted kitchen environment, have a high level of focus and drive to deliver and exceed customer expectations.  Applications will be considered from eager candidate willing to prove themselves as well as showing the relevant experience and qualifications.
