Executive Chef | Oman

A new Crowne Plaza Hotel with 126 rooms will be opening by the end of Summer 2008 in the fast developing port city of Sohar, Sultanate of Oman, located between Muscat and Dubai. The hotel will be supported by 6 stunning food & beverage outlets, and state art of business, meeting and recreational facilities.

Key Job Responsibilities

?Supervise the kitchen in the preparation and presentation of all food items

?Monitor standards of production to ensure quality.

?Kitchen haccp.

?Participate in the drafting of concept ideas and menus.

?Departmental annual budget
