Job Specification

Recognisable experience with knowledge of French and western cuisine, having worked in a Michelin starred restaurant before is a must, culinary diploma/degree, experience as Executive Chef or Sous within a top quality establishment, training new recruits and department trainers and HACCP.


Person Specification

· Adaptable, flexible, positive outlook, patient, professional, in good health with professional appearance,
· Experience within the well established environment
· ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND IN EUROPE
· Single Status only
· Knowledge of French language is essential.

54000€ per annum

Chef |MERIBEL

We are currently looking for short order chefs to work in our busy brassere/bar in teh beautiful Frkcne ski resort of Meribel.

Required for the preparation, presentation and service of fresh and varied dishes in a short order, high volume environment.

Requirements
?       Recognized catering qualification or verified experience within the industry
?       Experience with preparation of fresh ingredients
?   Experience in a high volume kitchen
?       Basic hygiene certificate
?       Enthusiasm, energy and initiative
