An exciting opportunity exists for a super star Chef de Cuisine to join this exclusive, modern and unique operation in Indonesia. This multi concept venture aims to ingrain spectacular culinary indulgence for its guests.
Open only for dinner, this restaurant is calling out for a Chef who will embrace the lifestyle and culture of Bali’s dynamic scene. You must be independent and pro active towards your work. This role requires a Chef who is creative – a culinary whiz who is able to accept the local challenges of using local ingredients and preparing magical cuisines.
To be considered for this role you must possess:
- Previous experience in a similar role or higher
- Work experience with leading boutique hotels, conference venues and/or independent restaurants in Asia Pacific and/or Middle East
- Banquet and A la Carte experience
- Strong understanding HACCP principles
- Proven track record of cost control, including food, equipment, labour and wastage
This role requires a "true foodie" who is not only passionate about his food but relishes in watching peoples expression when the plate is placed on the table! You need to be highly flexible and have the desire to work the hours as required. You will need be innovative and creative, and you will use these strengths to bring out the best in local produce/ingredients.
