Upcoming new restaurant, Mediterranean style- Asian influence (sushi) menu, seeks an established executive chef who already has proven Caribbean Experience. This very special restaurant we ask to seek a proven leader, mentor and manager with culinary excellence, who can design and teach local chefs menu as style stated. The operation will be located in Barbados West Indies in the Caribbean.

We seek someone able to operate a small team, able to develop and train and implement great quality food.

One of the islands most exclusive resorts seeks an established executive chef who already has proven Caribbean Experience. The resort has two very special restaurants and we have been asked to seek a proven leader, mentor and manager with culinary excellence, who can manage two restaurants, one gourmet fine dining and one more casual fine dining in the heart of this caribbean destination with an international reputation and rated as having the best food on the island.

The team is no more than 20 chefs and cleaners and therefore we seek someone able to operate a small team, able to develop and train and improve culinary standards.
